Snow days

Finally, finally, we managed to get a bit of sub zero weather.

When I was a child, it was pretty standard fare for January and February to have periods of proper cold and snow.  Now this seems to be a rarity.  I miss it.

There also used to be a time when people wrote and posted content to their own personal blogs, rather than social media. Again, I miss it.

Is it possible to mix personal posts and more professional ones?  Will readers vote with their feet and unsubscribe?  Does it make your message or blog weaker?

I don't know.

When I look at the traffic to my small place on the interwebs a great deal of it comes from what I've contributed to the Bullet Journal community. I'm proud to have made something that people find useful.

But I also would like to share who I am, my interests, things that catch my attention, my efforts to be a better person and share what I learn. I hope that this doesn't cause you to unsubscribe dear reader.  In fact, if you do find my non-bullet journal posts interesting, I'd love to hear from you.

My blog, like my life, is a work in progress. But I hope both of them provide some value.
